Makro Online Delivery ******* AGAIN!

Ordered a TV on the 23rd of December 2025 with delivery date of 24 December 2025. I called the call centre on the 24th around 3pm to find out the time it would arrive and they said they hadn’t even packed it yet. Decided to cancel it and go buy instore. Upon arrival instore, turned out the TV is R500 more instore so I asked the online department at the store when I would get my TV if I were to order it online right there and they confirmed 27th December 2025. I then left the store and ordered it online since that was only 3 days of waiting and the online system also verified the delivery date as the 27th. I just called the call centre now on the 28th after the delay and they say the online system is always wrong and just an automated false delivery date and deliveries take 7 to 14 working days. I have no words!!!!!!
