Makro Online Delivery ****

I sent the below email to makrocare six days ago,I placed my Makro online order over two weeks ago.Makro now says that they will refund me as there were to many delivery attempts

"Your driver Nkululeko said that he came to my address yesterday ,my intercom did not ring,he did NOT come to my house. He sent me a missed call,i called him back,he said that he was outside a house with palisades,my house does not have palisases,then all of a sudden he is in Roodepoort. He then said that he will deliver this morning at 10:00,he DID NOT ARRIVE. I called him now and he said that my package is at the store and he is not delivering it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL".
