Makro online delivery

I bought an item on 25 November 2019 and it took 39 days to arrive by courrier. I previously bought quite a lot of items from Makro online and this was realy the first time I had problems with their delivery. I suspect it might be the specific courrier they were using at fault. The only problem I had was Makro not replying on the queries sent by emails and facenbook message . Only after I stated my problem to Hellopeter did I get rsponse from Makro. But when they started taking actron I received my item the very next day. (today) They took action yesterday. So thank you Makro and thank you Hellopeter.
