Makro Online Delivery

I made an online purchase of an internal door,hinges and door handles with lock set. I put all down for delivery as i do not have transport to pick up these items. After going to checkout and paying i went back to check on the order. The door and the hinges showed that they were going to be delivered but the lock set showed "Pick up at Store"...I phoned the helpline to query why i have to pick up locks as i wanted it delivered as well...The guy on the other side of the line was unhelpful and could not assist me despite the items still being in their possession and not out for delivery yet...This is very disappointing service as now i have to pay transport to go and pick up the lock set...
