Makro online delivers again NOT!!!!!
Once again Makro DOES NOT DELIVER! I placed and order at Makro Online on 3 March 2025. Part of my (not sourced from Makro) was packed and shipped the same day. I received it on 5 March. Part of my order sourced from Makro was delivered as well on 5 March, except for 4 items. After numerous calls to Makro Online, I still don't know where these items are! and no-one seems to be able to or wants to tell me when I will receive them or what is happening. I cannot seem to get a supervisor or manager on the line at all!

10 Mar 2025, 12:45Yes, now, on 10 March it shows delivered, but the point is that on 5 March only a part of my order was delivered, there were 4 products missing (multiple of each product). Only after numerous phone calls was I told that the missing items were out of stock and they were cancelled on 7 March. Then a refund was issued. I have, in the meantime, received the refund. I issue is that the items weren't included, previously if items were out of stock I would get an email notification of that fact. This time I got nothing! And no-one could tell me where the items were. Your online order and specifically packing and delivery system is broken, it does not work!
