Makro Online Deliveries The Pits

I do not understand what kind of a madness or clown show they are running at Mikro. I placed an order (Samsung 32 GB Galaxy A04s - Order Number: MAK***) on Saturday the 29th and I used my work address for delivery, on Sunday the next day they sent the order dispatched information at 12:26 stating that my order has been Handed to courier, later on that day the courier called but I was not available because I was at church. Besides that, it's a Sunday who delivers on Weekend unless arrangement is made with the customer. On Monday the 31st I called Makro (***), I spoke to an agent, he told me they will send me the new dispatch information I should check my emails, I waited and later on that day I phone again to follow up as I did not receive the email. The 2nd agent I spoke to told me I was given the wrong information; I have to wait for 24 to 48 hours to receive that information. I phoned in Today (Wednesday the 02nd) to follow up on the delivery date. I spoke to Mikael, nothing has been done yet since my last call, he told me I have to wait maybe for 24 hours, basically he told me the same thing that the 2nd agent told me, he was also not sure as well, basically his advice was I do not know but I have escalated the matter, in the meantime I should wait. It's my niece birthday Today, I have nothing to show for it, I am frustrated because they cannot tell me when the delivery is going to take place. Who knows they might decide to deliver on weekend. When I am unavailable and again it is going to be an unsuccessful delivery.
