MAKRO Online deliveries suck!

I ordered a double bed with a storage compartment online on 31 May 2023. Only deliveries are advertised to be between 2 and 5 days. After my order was confirmed the expected delivery was 6 June. Today the 7th my order has been packed for delivery 4 days back but not handed over to the courier. I tried to trace my order but you have to phone in to track your order, I say no more, phoning is just lip service and they don't have any authority since deliveries is another department and you can't contact them. DONT ORDER ONLINE FROM MAKRO!!!!! It is false advertising.
