Makro online deliver poor service

I bought a laptop on Friday 28 March 2025. Today 3 April 2025 the progress still shows "Item is ready to ship"... It was supposed to be delivered by yesterday. When I called them they said the couriers only picked it up earlier today. But the progress still shows "Ready to ship"...
