Makro online delays

A poor service i received and still waiting on my noney now. I bought a mini oven stove and was not happy with the product i returned it 2days after and launched a return 2 days after and they came to collect the product a week and a half is now a month i have received my money back called the team telling me they waiting on a supplier to pay back the money then they will pay it to my account after such a longtime why dont they give me my money tben deal with the suppmier cause i dont have a stove im stucked on takeaways
