Makro Online Delayed delivery by 2 weeks

I have ordered from Makro Online on the 25 Nov, it is the 15 Dec 2022 and I have still not received my delivery. I have queried and made multiple calls to no avail. I have even gone as far as trying to reach the delivery company for Makro but their number is inactive. When you call the customer care nobody seems to know what is going on. It's alarmist Christmas and i still don't have my order
