Makro Online deals are a ****!

I bought a laptop from makro online only deals yesterday morning. I sold my existing laptop due to expecting a new laptop to arrive.

The next day i get told my order is cancelled and they are offering a R100 voucher as an apology.

Absolutely disgusted at the client services, Customer services claim to accept fault but refuse to rectify the issue or offer alternatives.

Now i sit with no laptop working in IT...

Is false advertising not *******? Why will makro not even cover the bank costs for the money i paid which has still not been refunded?

I am still awaiting to be contacted regarding this. A refund has been issued even though i have clearly stated i need the item and it has been cancelled due to Makro lying and **********ly putting items on the website that they never intended to sell. Why accept my money, keep my money for two weeks and then refund. why do i have to pay bank charges for your ********** site? I will be laying complaints and charges of false advertising.
