Makro online - Daylight ******s

I bought online from Makro on 21/03/2020 (estimated delivery 2-7 working days) , after they took more than a month to advise me they are unable to provide some of the items, I asked that the order be canceled. I have sent numerous emails and received a few calls and every time I say that I am waiting for a refund they say they will phone me back and I have yet to receive my refund.

It has now been close to 5 months since payment was made.

Their service is pathetic and they have effectively ****** my money.
