On the 1st of January I made an online purchase for 2 school bags, days later I get a delivery of 1 bag. I've called, I've mailed, I got told they have escalated my situation but its the 24th of January and now I am forced to purchase another school bag because Makro isn't making a plan.

06 Feb 2024, 06:51I would like to update by saying yes I will not make use of Makro online again but they sent me my bag and the quality made me forgive them...rather late than never.
