MAKRO ONLINE ****

I placed an online order on the 5th of March and was only delivered on the 10th of March.I opened the box and none of my items that I ordered was in the box.Instead Bacon dog biscuits,for a muslim in the holy month of Ramadaan.I contact telephonically Makro ,guess what no REPLY,send a whatsapp no REPLY.

Next Day whatsapp team respond with attitude that they first need to receive the incorrect box so i can take it to the store ,what a cheeky consultant......

I paid for the items and I am getting no assistance.

I will definetely never return to Makro

I tried contacting them on the 12th for a follow up ,but i guess they are working from home and still sleeping
