Ordered a refrigerator on the 7th June 2023, received a sms of my order being dispatched an till today I have not received my order. When I call to enquire I'm told they are unable to track how far nor where my order could be, I'm put on hold for over 15min when I ask to speak to the supervisor. I ask for a solution and all I get is an apology.
