I appreciate the calls i hope i get my refund asap

Its baseless its the worst customer service ever

3 months to get a refund its ridiculous and unacceptable

Makro are *******

The packaging was damaged with the courier that makro has sent to collect now u telling me this ????

The packaging is worth R1999????

That is ridiculous

They have the pic off the box being taped and received now they telling me this
It is terrible service and you makro online are *******

No reply no feedback? The whole South Africa is complaining about the service from makro online

I was asked today to submit documents off
My id
Proof off account
Proof of payment
And the refund will be processed in 7-14 working days

I was told that i needed to submit those documents for refund to be completed

I have already submitted those documents last week Thursday on the 10/7/25

And no emails for refund confirmation or anything

I have spoken to kholofelo and she said the documents are on the system but nothing updated as well on her side she has escalated to her supervisor

Hii its really disappointing no refund or feedback until today i have submitted my documents as requested but not even a feedback from makro until now

Which store because no information is heing given its really unfair & unacceptable 😑

Do i get a confirmation?

Customer care phoned me & said they are escalating my refund query

So am i getting a refund or not

The item was collected in march 2025

Its been with makro since march

We are in july now coming August its ridiculous
