Makro online customer service really useless

I have been using Makro for years and so far no issues. However their online service is pathetic, very easy for Makro to take your money but try and return a item is next to impossible. None of the communication channels work, Makro`s online customer service is not customer friendly. Please can you contact me to return a product.
