Makro online ******

I placed on order 4 weeks ogo, driver rocks up couple weeks later which is not a problem as I know they have a lot of orders to cater for. Within 2 minute after the driver left I called him asking where’s the rest of my or as the box states 1 of 2. He kindly double check in his old Toyota conquest delivery car and said there was nothing for me, only the one parcel he delivered. I contacted the Makro email and stated my case. More than a week later the get back saying my order on there system shows delivered. Now I’m emailing daily and they just ignoring me. Got one response saying they will escalate to the store that felt with my order. Please stay away from there online sales. Rather go into the store or use takealot or something as dependable but do not use Makro- you have been warned
