Makro online collection

After going to Cape Gate twice to collect an order that is not there you can now credit this invoice onto my makro card.

I will never make use of Makro online or Makro. I will finish paying my Makro card and close it.

I have never ordered on any online shop and then being told to fetch the ordered items from 2 different collection points!!!!!

I have been waiting since 17/3/20 for the manager to get back to me with a solution... guess she forgot.

Makro please make a plan with your rude and unhelpful staff at your Makro collection point aslo the people emailing me as nothing was ever sorted and I still haven't received any notification to try collect for a third time. If I had time for driving up and down to the store I would have just gone inside and bought it there.
