MAKRO ONLINE CHEATS

I have been a MAKRO shopper for years. Lately I have taken to online shopping. I have discovered that their Online Customer Care agents do not have a clue how to use their system OR they are prone to lying to their customers. On 07 November I purchased a beverage cooler online. The deal went through and I got a confirmation for 21 days delivery including weekends. On the 19 November I called to establish where the cooller was and was told they are out of stock. Two weeks later I called back - their response "we delivered the item to the Alberton branch". I did not select Alberton but Crown Mines as my collection store. Today I called back and according to them I had not made follow up calls and that they are out of stock again. I asked what they did with the cooller that was delivered to the Alberton branch? Finally I get the truth, they did not have the item to start off with from day one but their staff kept on telling me lies. Go figure!! So much for easy shopping online - GO MAKRO!
