Makro Online Chaos

Makro stores on the whole are a great place to shop. Online, however, is to be avoided like the plague! This was my second attempt at an online order - the first having been a horrible botch last year - I guess I didn't learn the lesson first time around.

The order was placed on 5 September - I received an SMS saying it would be delivered on 7 September ...... still waiting! Support consultants keep saying they need to contact the store and get back to me - no one has gotten back to me. Having emailed for a cancellation and refund - we will see how long that takes! Avoid Makro Online!
