MAKRO ONLINE ****

On 24th April I placed an online order on the Makro online portal for shelving. Order nr MAK***. I paid for the goods online. R15990 After a week the goods didn't arrive, so I went online again and the system of Makro said that "awaiting payment". So I paid again on 2 May 2024 and again, the system says that the transaction was unsuccessful. So I paid again R15990. After receiving my bank statements I realized that I have paid 3 times for the same order though their system says that the payment was successful. After numerous phone calls and online chats, I didn't receive my order nor a refund. With numerous promises, no refund as yet.

Their system has a problem, and they do not attend to it.
