Makro Online & Cape gate: Pathetic customer service

Order number:OD*** To say I am disappointed will be an understatement.I have been waiting since early this morning at home,not going out nor taking any or making cellphone calls, for a Makro parcel that was never booked for delivery. This was confirmed by the Makro call centre 5 mins ago.It was supposed to be delivered today for an urgent purpose, but it seems Makro online and Makro Cape Gate does not need our support, less even our business.

This is not just disappointing but disgusting coming from a business brand like Makro.
