Makro online can't compete with takealot and Amazon

Hi I've ordered a couple of times from makro online store. This has been the worst online store experience ever. Placed about 4 different orders at different times some orders were not delivered for over a month. I had to call almost everyday to enquire. Eventually spoke to a manager and he said he'll look into it. Eventually got back to me and informed me that the company is not taking his calls and he was removing them from their online platform. I went back to their website after a couple of days and the same special and reordered the item.Called the manager he assured me that I will receive my order and he assured me that I will receive my order..to no surprise it never arrived. All for of my orders turned out to be either mistakes or be *********** online store and according to the manager all stores were to be removed from makros online store.
