Makro online business is a complete fail!

I placed an order a week ago on Makro's online store. Delivery was supposed to be done between 2 to 5 days. It's been a week now and no sign of my order. I call their call center and the lady talking to me has no idea when my order will be delivered. I keep being told to wait while she confirms with whoever when I'll receive the order. The entire call was frustrating as I felt I was talking to people who had no idea what they were doing. First time ordering here and I will NEVER order again. The service is pathetic. If you can't manage an online store then don't do it.
