Makro online broken promises and poor service

Makro online has poor service and do not keep their promises. I bought an expensive chair from their online store. It was not delivered and on investigation the courier company had not even picked it up 5 days after the order was placed. So I cancelled the order. Their website promised a refund in 10 days. This was not done because it transpired that they allowed the courier company to pick up the chair (after it was cancelled) and they still have not returned it.
