Makro online - broken items no replacements

I ordered some items onn the Makro online shop. 3 of the 4 items came absolutely broken (distroyed really) I have logged a return, i have contacted them on the help line, the whatsapp line, their social media. Almost TWO MONTHS later and i have not had replacements, cant take it to a store for exchange. Its just very dissapointing and i wont trust their online service again
