Makro Online break their commitments
On 30 June 2020 I ordered and paid for a gas/electric stove from Makro on line shopping. Makro confirmed my order & promised delivery within 10 - 14 days. I checked the status everyday - all was apprently OK. A week later Makro sent me an sms stating that my order had been cancelled. No explanation. No refund. It was EXTREEMLY difficult to get through to Makro on their help line. Their help line simply stated that they had no stock & they will refund me in 5 to 10 days. Extreemly poor all round. I will not use Makro Online again!!

MAKRO ACCEPTED MY PAYMENT AND ORDER ON 30 JUNE.
BUT AFTER SEVERAL WEEKS MAKRO SAID THEY HAD NO STOCK.
I HAD TO ASK FOR A REFUND - OF MY MONEY!!
MAKRO HAS NOT REFUNDED ME MY MONEY. ONE EXCUSE AFTER ANOTHER.
MAKRO IS BEHAVING UNPROFESSIONALLY AND INEFFICENTLY. OR MAYBE WORSE, ITS THEFT PLAIN AND SIMPLE.
