Makro Online- Bloem is the pits!!

Service on Makro Online is totally disgusting. I fail to understand why you guys insist on having an online purchasing option if you're dismally failing at it. Everytime I place an order on Makro 's website there's bound to be products canceled due to "out of stock" whereas the items show as "available" in my local store. We don't shop online "just for fun". If products are out of stock why are they not specified on the website?? Now 1 has to wait 5 days for a refund that could have been avoided if you guys could simply balance your stock correctly!! Do better!!
