Makro online - Black friday nightmare

Makro online - Black friday is the worst. Ordered my tv on the 2 Dec 2024...i have lnt received the tv nore have i received my refund. Today is the 7th of Jan2025 . I regret Ive spoken to call centre agent since... called a million times.. still no help.
