Makro online Black Friday mess

I placed an order on with makro online 21/11 black Friday,order no ********** ,only after I phoned them today to find out they are out of stock and will only be getting stock in 14/12.this is unacceptable why keep the online portal open if they exceeded there quantity available, And also no communication from there side regarding this matter. Very poor service Will never buy from them again
