MAKRO ONLINE BIG ********!!!!!!!

In April I purchased something online on the Makro website. I contacted them and told them it is the wrong item that I received. The matter was acknowledged and the item was collected and my request for a refund/return was logged. it is a month and a half , 4 emails and multiple calls later, my refund is STILL NOT RESOVLED!!! I made a personal visit to Makro where they refused to take responsibility of the matter and then try and tell me it is a matter that the "market place" needs to resolve???!! they send you from pillar to post and tell you to phone this person and then another.. This is clearly a tactic to keep peoples monies and clearly DO NOT CARE that we are upcoming entrepreneurs and want to survive. So all Makro shoppers be AWARE!!! Makro is a clear **** that *****s your money! THIS IS NOT ON!!!!!! we spent 4 hours in that place and NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED!! MAJOR REDFLAG!! they even tried to fabricate the package that they collected from us as being used in a sad attempt to refuse refund! so I totally agree with the lady that said Makro *****s money!!
