Makro Online BIG DISAPPOINTMENT

Makro Online, looks so nice and user friendly to use, but when it comes to delivery it is a different story. Absolute Poor Service, I have been communicating with them telephonically regarding the delivery of my online order just to receive an email notifying me of my refund. They use courier companies that is not competent to provide the service for there customers. No courier company contacted me regarding my delivery only received sms did contact the number on sms and person confirm that he was not delivering he is at home, I was shocked I say ok I'm waiting to be contacted and nobody contacted me regarding my order just received sms delivery failed. Contacted Makro online telephonic and email to confirm delivery, telephonically Queen took my message to be forward and later I received an email processing of refund. Customer reading reviews I will not recommend online ordering with Makro big disappointment.

After lodging my complaint all of the sudden I'm getting my delivery. Makro Germiston do not care about customer service, the courier driver informed the Dispatcher that the stock is a bad condition cannot deliver it to the customer in that state. Dispatcher refuse to provide better stock. the stock provided do not look good, mishandled and best of all short shelf life Long life Milk was supp**** to me and it is evidence the milk got wet so it was transported on an open vehicle not an enclosed vehicle. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MAKRO !! YOU DELIVER FOOD PRODUCTS TO CUSTOMERS - TAKE NOTE THIS CUSTOMER IS NOT A ****A SHOP !!!!!!!! If you want to supply short shelf life products to the customer/consumer you must stated it to inform the customer on the short shelf life if the customer agree then you supply.
