Makro Online -Big ****

We ordered two office chairs online. They were delivered (un-assembled) in a box to our Old Age Home. When we finally managed to get them assembled, they proved to be both unstable and defective. I contacted Makro online. They said that the box was delivered on the 24th of October and today is 23rd of November and as a result the refund policy is 15 days. I said they were brand new and that this was not acceptable. I was instructed to take them to the nearest Makro store for inspection. Makro Germiston refused to help me as it was not a stocked item. They gave me a brochure on how to log a return. Step one of seven involves scanning the QR code. There is no QR code on either chair, and the fong-kong box was thrown away. Needless to say, my advice is never purchase anything from Makro online. While the prices are reasonable, the products and service are *******.
