Makro online beware

We ordered online a ful 16 camera HIKVISION set from Makro. We received 1 camera the extra wire and fittings only 1 roll arrived. We have been fitting for 2 weeks now to get a refund they rejected the return due to pick up failed I provided extra contact details and the adress there was no courier to pick up this is over 8K we just want a refund or our full order Makro did not even have this in stock they ordered from another supplier this is unacceptable and they are not assisting and are rude
