I am going on a camping trip, and I'm at a loss of space in my vehicle, so I bought a Roof Rack and Roof Bag from Makro online. It was delivered, but I did not open the box right away, as I didn't need to assemble it yet. 2 days later, I open the box and begin to assemble it, and there are parts missing. try getting hold of Makro and explain what is wrong. No, they will send a courier around to collect it, then assess it, then decide to refund me, because they will not put in the missing parts and send it back to me. Because it is dealt through a 3rd party, which does not divulge it's contact details to the public. So, now I do not have a roof rack for my trip. What a ***** up.
