I ordered a lcd TV and some energy bars online. It stated that they have stock and will deliver within 2-5 days. After 5 days nobody informed me that they do not have stock and that i might take dilvery only in 21 days… in the meantime thy have my money and TV and did not even bother to inform me about the delay…

I would like to give you an update on my order. It has been more than 2 months since I bought my TV on your website and paid in full for it. I would never have bought it if I knew it would take this long. The site stated in stock!!! My whole December holiday was spend before an empty wall where my TV should have been. You can imagine how thrilled my kids were…. I am now in a situation were I do not know when or if I will receive last years model TV witch I paid for last year already……who urns interest on the money paid ? At least you could have contact me .
I think your customer service is useless.
I would not recommend you to anyone!!
