If I could give a zero rating I would!! I placed an online order on 31 January 2023 and to date have yet to receive all the items purchased, despite multiple calls and emails to the helpline, who keep telling me it has been escalated!! To whom I wonder as there has been no response, and I think that well over a month is completely unacceptable and there is no other contact details to make enquiries with.

14 Mar 2023, 10:52Well having rated Makro Online with a rating of 1, only because I could not rate it zero or less, a week ago, after having not received an order placed on 31 January 2023, despite multiple engagements with the help line with no success, just 20 mins later I got a call from the Makro Hellopeter team. Just how bad is their service that they have a whole team to respond to comments??? I was told that I would be given daily upates on the progress with my enquiry. Needless to say, I have heard NOTHING from them a week later. Just how long does it take to load 12 bottles of wine in a car and deliver it, 7 weeks after purchase ????????????????
