Makro Online-bad service, request my refund

I bought items online and I waited more than 30 day for me to get them, in between I was calling and emailing them to find out the status of my order I never gotten any proper answer because I never got them items, I decided to cancel the order now its been 3 months still no money back from them, I have never seen anything like this from an online shop, I just want my money back from them please!
