Makro online bad service

I bought a sumsung 27 kg top loader washing machine online on the 29 December. On the 31 Dec I logged a change request with Makro call center to change to a 15 kg. Iwas told that it will take 24 hours and someone will contact me. On the 3rd Jan they delivered the machine which I thought it will be a 15 kg and found that it was a 27 kg. I told the delivery guys to return it, and called the call center to ask why are they delivering 27kg. I was told that they are escalating the issue and someone will contact me before Friday. By Friday the 5th Jan I called again to inquire about the machine, and decided to cancel the order on the same call. On Monday 8th Jan I received a fall from Makro delivery, they said they were delivering my machine and I asked if it was a 15 kg, and I was told that it is a 27kg. I told them not to deliver causei have canceled the order. I sent an email to Makro call center. Their response is still thesame thar they have escalated the issue and someone will get back to me. To date i am still waiting.I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING ON MAKRO ONLINE AGAIN
