Makro online bad service and telling me I am a ****

I bought a safety gate no hinges, no box to put pin in was delivered . I phoned 3 times they say they will send me the missing parts and they are Thursdays in my area. When I phoned this morning again they say all the parts to put up this gate was delivered. When I complained why i would do the effort to phone she hang up the phone. When the delivery arrive I ask the driver where is the parts to hang the gate..he said I must phone makro
