Makro online bad service

Makro online. Very bad service. No one can help. I placed an order for chairs and delivery stated Dec 20. I waited the entire day for delivery. I then called and was told by Makro that I need to call the courier which I did and they kept cutting the call. I places the order with Makro online but yet I must run around and follow up. After a few calls to Makro i still don't have my chairs and it's the 24 Dec today. I requested a refund which also hasn't been processed. I definitely do not recommend Makro online.
