Makro online bad service
I am frustrated with makro online and makro riversand in midrand.
i ordered online items *** and called for assistance to transfer my order to Vaal store but instead of getting help i get transferred and my calls gets droped. i need urgent assistance

I have not received anything but i received an email that my order is collected by me and i never collected any order. i called and spoke to consultant by name of Tshepo who put me on hold and i was then transferred without being told to Riversand store spoke to a rude lady today who also put me on hold and call dropped.
i need to get my ordered items and i also need assistance with Makro store account closure.

i just recieved an SMS from Sphamandla Mthethwa telling me to go Midrand with my ID, this is bull****. must i now drive from Freestate to Midrand just to get 2 items order to be sorted, will makro pay for my petrol to Midrand.
why cant i go to vaal store and what ever that needs to be verified be done there.
you just made me hate makro and online shopping.

Since I bought 2 items on the 07 March 2025 I still have not received my items and requested help many times and makro don't care about my request
I went to vaal after I was told to go there and I will have to pay duties for the items and there was nothing
I reported the matter to hello Peter and received a communication from online support that they will look into it but nothing happened
What is it that I must do to get my items or refund as I cannot drive to Midrand from sasolburg in free state.
