Makro online bad service

I regret the day I made online purchase on Makro,I bought a fridge that was on promotion with a microwave,only to receive a fridge only,made numerous calls and they never bothered to even call me back,they only telling me that they have escalated the matter to their warehouse,from one consultant to the other,I have to say I am frustrated and disappointed,this is indeed a poor service
