Makro Online bad service

Makro online service is too bad. I've ordered item at makro and pay using payflex payment method, i contacted payflex and they confirmed they payment went through but the order is still saying "waiting for payment". I did call Makro customer service which is up to 20 minutes on hold. Customer service agent told me that my case is being forwarded to financial department and they will call me but since today no one called from Makro Order: #mak*** Makro card:***4
