Makro online bad service

I ordered on makro online and first they separated my ordered into 27 items. Then they delivered some of the things I ordered. they sad I was going to get the remaining ones the following day. Then the next thing I’m getting an email saying my refund for the things that I canceled is approved that time I didn’t cancel anything thing when I checked my makro order on the app some of my stuff were showing delivered while I didn’t get them
