Makro online bad service

It was my first doing online grocery shopping with makro,I must say the service I received was disgusting my first order I made on the 26 January and second order on the 28.january ,later I got an email that my order will.be sent in 3 different orders.after waiting a whole two weeks the first part of my order came with missing items which I.later received a week.later after sending numerous emails, now again I have been sending emails that I have yet to receive a pack of 48 toilet papers that I placed in my first order,online it shows received by the customer !!clearly not me .Second order placed on the 28 January today is the 19 February still not received!!what a waste of money and time because the whole purpose was to save time and not have to stand In queeus at grocery stores. Am still waiting on my second order nothing received!!I will certainly never shop from these guys again their customer service is a joke they all promise to look into my query but still not resolved.
