Makro Online bad service

I bought cat litter from Makro Online. The couriers came but forgot to put my order in the vehicle. Then they returned the next week, but one bag was torn and fixed with tape. Cat litter was strewn in the back of the vehicle. I sent it back, and now I'm in the impossible loop of trying to get a replacement or refund while everyone is "waiting for feedback." from one another...
