MAKRO ONLINE - BAD SERVICE

I bought 4 standing fans from Makro Online but only received 2 fans. The app does not allow for returns or queries. I tried phoning, email and whatsapp on many, many occasions they just do not care. This online shop needs to catch a wake up or close down. Do not support them, they do not know the meaning of business. Thank me later for sparing you extreme frustration and hopelessness.
