Makro Online - Bad products even worse service
My mum bought a "new" microwave from Makro online, delivered on the 6th of November 2023 - when we took it out of the box the door was stuck on opening and closing - we immediately took to the app to log a return. The return was logged on the 6th of November 2023 - today is the 14th of November and after numerous phone calls and emails nothing has happened, the microwave is still with us and we can't use it and Makro is making no attempt to collect/ Refund or replace it - you cannot get through on their lines and all emails are going unanswered - very poor service

15 Nov 2023, 13:38So now they wanted pictures AGAIN - still nothing collected or replaced - just an apology that fixes nothing - What the Hell do you think we would break it just to get a new one on the same day we got it - so sick of Makro and their horrible service - Query still not resolved - pictures send AGAIN and still no collection/exchange or refund - probably hanging out on time until the 14 day guarantee has expired and they can get it fixed rather than replaced at their own time, but if you pay you pay immediately - the damage is not visible on pictures, it is when the door opens and closes - how do you want me to picture that?????????
